Project 1 — One Dashboard (Multi-Tenant Analytics Platform)
  • Architected a cloud-native, multi-tenant analytics platform on AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge) — 40% reduction in manual KPI reporting effort across 3+ enterprise clients.
  • Built a Python 3.11 Lambda with unified event routing exposing 8+ RESTful endpoints; cached timestamped S3 snapshots to cut upstream API calls by 50% and enable sub-second reads.
  • Secured per-tenant API keys in Secrets Manager and implemented a DynamoDB distributed lock, preventing 100% of concurrent refresh abuse.
  • Shipped Cognito OAuth2/PKCE auth and an automated SES email pipeline generating multi-sheet Excel reports via OpenPyXL.
  • Delivered a React + TypeScript dashboard on S3/CloudFront with strict tenant isolation via a server-side IAM proxy.
Project 2 — GitSense (Code RAG Pipeline)
  • Built an enterprise RAG pipeline indexing 100+ GitHub repository files using Amazon Bedrock (Titan v2 embeddings + Nova-Lite).
  • Engineered AST-based chunking (ts-morph) and hybrid dense + BM25 retrieval over Amazon S3 Vectors.
  • Enforced zero-hallucination guarantees via strict system prompts and faithfulness checks — eliminating 100% of ungrounded responses.
